1. Service Presentation

Our company, truckswrapped.com, provides mobile advertising services, specializing in wrapping heavy-duty trucks and semi-trailers. We transform transport vehicles into advertising billboards using durable materials (industrial vinyl) designed to withstand varied weather conditions and thousands of kilometers.

The services are intended exclusively for advertising content that does not fall into the prohibited domains: medicine, religion, content intended for children.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Obligations of the Provider (truckswrapped.com):

• To perform the wrapping services according to the specifications and deadlines agreed upon in the quote.
• To use quality, durable materials, compliant with industry standards.
• To comply with data protection legislation and the confidentiality of customer information.

Obligations of the Client:

• To provide the graphic content (design) in the established format and by the established deadlines.
• To ensure access to the vehicle to be wrapped, under safe conditions and at the agreed location.
• To pay for the services according to the issued invoice, by the established deadlines.
• To guarantee that the provided advertising content does not fall into the prohibited domains and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

3. Limitation of Liability

truckswrapped.com does not assume liability for:

• Damage to the wrap caused by extreme vehicle operating conditions, accidents, improper washing, or incorrect handling by the client or third parties.
• Delays in service execution caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., unfavorable weather conditions, client unavailability).
• Any legal consequences resulting from the use of the advertising content provided by the client, for which the client is solely responsible.

4. Payment Terms and Policies

All prices are expressed in lei (RON) and include the legal VAT. Quotes are valid for a limited period. Payment is made according to the deadlines indicated on the invoice. Late payments may incur penalties for delay, according to the law.

Cancellation of the order after the start of work or the purchase of materials may be subject to cancellation costs. Specific details will be stipulated in the individual contract.

5. Termination of Use and Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to a client in case of a flagrant violation of these terms, especially payment obligations or the provision of prohibited content.

Modifications will be communicated by publishing the updated version on our website and will take effect immediately after publication. Continued use of the services after the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of them.
